Terms & conditions
- I supply you with the negatives of all the film I shoot at your wedding, which you are free to do with as you please. The copyright of all photographs remains with Torie Clarke photography who reserves the rights to use the images for advertising/display purposes.
- The acceptance of all bookings is subject to receipt of the booking form and the deposit of £250. A further £550 is payable at least 2 weeks prior to the wedding day and the balance is to be paid on receipt of your photographs.
- In the event of any cancellation, refunds of any deposits/monies cannot be made.
- If, for any reason i.e. sickness, accident, car breakdown, Torie Clarke is unable to attend the wedding her liability wil be limited to the refunding of all monies paid.
- In all matters regarding photographic technique, style or composition, the judgement of Torie Clarke shall be deemed as final and correct.
- Torie Clarke takes informal style wedding photographs that aim to document your wedding day in a natural and un-posed style. Previously agreed group photos may be taken also.
- All wedding prices include V.A.T
